It's been a long journey, but we are so excited to finally announce that we brought our son, Seamus Alexander, home last month! He was born on July 1, 2018 at 7:05pm. He was 6lbs 11oz of pure cuteness and 19.75 inches long.
Seamus turned one month old this past Wednesday and time seems to have flown by! Our arms and our hearts are so full as we are settling in and learning what life looks like now with a wiggly newborn.
As we process our adoption journey over the next several weeks and months we will be sharing some of the experience, our thoughts, what we've learned, etc. here on the blog. But for now, we just want to share some pictures of our precious boy and our family and sit back and enjoy this time while he so little.
So many of you have prayed for us throughout this process or supported us in many other ways, and we are just so incredibly grateful! Throughout all of this we have been overwhelmed by God's tender care as He provided for us in unexpectedly. Words aren't enough to say thank you. <3
Seamus is the answer to five years of prayer together and we awed and amazed at God's perfect timing and His perfect will. The road getting here may have had its challenges, but now that he is here, we couldn't picture life without our little "Moose". <3
